You can buy your tickets at the box offices right by the parks’ entrances or online. For Zoo SP, please access www.zoologico.com.br to save time and get your tickets in advance.
Here are the box office opening hours:
Zoo SP: 9 AM – 4 PM every day of the week.
Safari SP: 10 AM – 4 PM Thursday to Sunday.
Botanical Garden SP: 9 AM – 4 PM Tuesday to Sunday.
Absolutely! But you can only get the combo bus ticket + Zoo ticket here. No separate tickets are sold. You can also get them at our website: www.zoologico.com.br.

Exemption Policy
(i) Children aged 0 (zero) to 3 years, 11 months and 30 days (three years, eleven months and thirty days) with an official identity document or birth certificate;
(ii) Students and their respective teachers, from early childhood education, elementary and high school education in the public education system of the State of São Paulo, on weekdays, at least 2 (two) days a week, when on a school trip, with exclusive registration through the channels : https//docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScVf9Hk1gI69GXBF_bUmnoZSSuIDYBFGgmemowiIgFB6UZHcQ/viewform* the exemption rule applies only to the entrance fee to the zoo and/or botanical garden, and does not extend to paid attractions within the park and/or combos sold by Reserva Paulista
People with disabilities with one of the following documents:
(i) evidence on the Programa de Benefício de Prestação Continuada (BPC);
(ii) A signed doctor’s note indicating long-term or permanent disability;
(iii) A public transport card that indicates disability and/or
(iv) Documents attesting to care at rehabilitation centers or specialized units.
**According to Brazilian law, a person with a disability has a long-term impediment, whether physical, mental, intellectual, or sensory. This impediment does not grant them the same conditions as other members of society and prevents their full and effective interaction with their surroundings.

Half-price Ticket Policy
Children aged 4 (four) to 13 years, 11 months and 30 days (thirteen years, eleven months and thirty days) with an official identity card or birth certificate.
(iii) Students from private and public education systems who prove this status by holding a valid student ID card for that year, must carry a Student Identification Card with a current validity period, in accordance with a single nationally standardized model made publicly available by the aforementioned national entities and by the National Institute of Information Technology (ITI), with digital certification thereof, and the student identification card may have 50% (fifty percent) of local characteristics. In addition, it must include (i) the student’s full name and date of birth, (ii) a recent photo of the student,(iii) the name of the educational institution in which the student is enrolled, (iv) level of education and (v) expiration date until March 31 of the year following its issuance; (model with information that must appear on the back and front, including the digital certification)

Young adults between 15 and 29 with the Identidade Jovem (ID Jovem), according to Law No. 12.933/2013.

We’re open every single day, 9 AM – 5 PM. Our box office closes at 4 PM.

According to Brazilian law, guests are allowed to request a refund within 7 (seven) days from the purchase date, considering the ticket was bought online, via the site or the app. To submit a refund request, please email us at atendimento.zoo@zoologico.com.br. We ask for your patience and for up to 15 working days to have the refund processed.
You have 30 days to use the ticket once you buy it at the box office.
