HOW TO BOOK
Every year Zoo SP receives about 100 thousand students from the public school system. But pay attention to the following information, because the visits need to be scheduled and the confirmation date depends on the availability of vacancies.
To schedule your visit, the first step is to send an email to [email protected]. To expedite your request, be sure to send, on the same email, the full name of your school, the preferential period for your visit and the number of students who will visit the Zoo SP.
To confirm the date of the visit, the next step is to send the school’s documents, such as the term of acceptance of the rules and the application letter, signed and stamped. Without these documents the date will not be booked!
When the date of your visit is confirmed by our customer service team, it will be necessary to send the list of students and teachers/guardians.
