To reconnect students with nature, we offer several field lecture options:

Animal Talk:

Students will experience a unique visit alongside our specialists, learning all animals’ curiosities and facts to then roam around Zoo SP with their teachers.

1 hour talk with specialists + self-guided tour of Zoo SP.

Animal adventure:

Different possible programs for several grades, lasting 2 hours with Zoo SP educators:

        RECONECTA PROGRAM RULES - EDUCATIONAL VISITS FOR SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES

        OVERVIEW OF THE RECONECTA PROGRAM
        • The Reconecta Program’s educational experiences are offered to groups of students from Basic Education (Kindergarten – starting at age of 4, Elementary School, Middle School, and High School) to Higher Education.
        • The educational tours take place at the São Paulo Zoo (Zoo SP) on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, and at the São Paulo Botanical Garden (Jardim Botânico SP) on Thursdays and Fridays, except holidays, in the morning or afternoon.
        • The Reconecta Program’s educational experiences are intended for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50 participants per schedule, except for the Papo Animal experience (at Zoo SP), which can accommodate a group of up to 150 participants in the same schedule
        • For the educational tours Aventura Animal (at Zoo SP) and Verde Perto (at Botanical Garden SP), each educator will guide a group of a maximum of 25 students.
        TICKETS
        • For each group of 10 (ten) Basic Education students, a free ticket will be granted to 01 (one) teacher/supervisor or accompanying person. In the case of Higher Education groups, a free ticket will be granted to 01 (one) teacher/supervisor or accompanying person for each group of 20 (twenty) students. The exceeding number of teachers/supervisors or accompanying persons must pay the specific ticket for the visit scheduled under the Reconecta Program
        • Tickets for the Reconecta Program educational tours are only available for Zoo SP and Botanical Garden SP, not including visits to Dinosaur World and Safari SP.
        CHANGES, DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS
        • The alteration of the number of participants and/or the date of the visit can be made as long as it is notified to the Zoo SP and Botanical Garden SP customer service team at least 5 (five) days before the scheduled date for the visit.
        THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
        • Teachers/supervisors must always remain with the group, according to the regulation regarding to the number of students (1 for every 10 Basic Education students or 1 for every 20 university students), during the entire period of the educational visit, meaning that the Zoo SP or Botanical Garden SP educator will not continue the visit of the group without the presence of the teacher in charge.
        • The conduct of students and companions within the premises of Zoo SP and the Botanical Garden SP is exclusively the institution’s responsibility. The institution will be responsible for any damage that students, teachers or other people accompanying the group may cause at Zoo SP and Botanical Garden SP. In the event of damages, the institution must reimburse the damages caused.
        • The educational institution must be aware of all the terms and conditions of the Program and must send the Visit Scheduling Agreement, signed by the institution’s representative, in digital format, by email, up to 05 (five) days before the visit, as a condition for the scheduling to be confirmed.
        • Later, on the date of the scheduled visit, the educational institution must bring the original copy of the Visit Scheduling Agreement

        DON'T “FROGET”! CHECKLIST TO PREPARE THE CLASS FOR THE VISIT

        Check the schedule recommendations to find the group’s entry location.

        Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

        Bring the tickets printed.

        We do not have special parking for buses. If you want to park, the buses can access the Zoo’s official parking lot in front of the main ticket office. For bus parking fees, please check in advance at: www.zoologico.com.br

        Take lots of pictures and make memories of Zoo SP, but always without flash.

        Zoo SP has restrooms, drinking fountains and two areas reserved for picnics to provide comfort during your visit.

        Se encante e conheça os animais e flora, sem tocar neles para a segurança de todos.

        Não é permitido levar materiais do Zoo como: folhas, plantas, galhos, pedras, etc.

        Aqui no Zoo é proibido oferecer alimentos aos animais.

        Não esqueça de trazer com você todos os documentos obrigatórios para sua visita.
