EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Schools that are scheduled in the free program of the state of São Paulo, get the benefit of social tickets at the price of R$15.00 per person for Mundo Dino, as long as they are present on the day of the visit scheduled by the school.

The ticket is valid only for advance purchase, granted at this price only to visitors with a public school appointment.

We also have other options for optional attractions with a social value for visitors who come to the zoo through the scheduling of public schools.

PRE-VISIT INFORMATION

School scheduling follows the order of arrival and is finalized according to the availability of our schedule and the correct delivery of the required documentation.

For our team to confirm the schedule, the documentation must have all the correct information; (We will not accept Official Letters and terms with divergent dates).

Incomplete documents terminate the process; correct submission starts a new request.

The tour schedule does not include transportation, parking, food, and optional attractions.

We recommend that the school appoint only 1 person responsible for the scheduling process, to avoid duplication and/or conflicting information.

It is mandatory to have 1 teacher/school supervisor for every 10 students. Additional supervisors will pay the ticket price according to current eligibility.

Free schedules are limited to exemption days, which are: Mondays and Tuesdays. (Except holidays)

Each school has a limit of 250 students per day with prior scheduling.

The scheduling calendar does not include the month of July.

Do not show up without prior scheduling. (Subject to charge)

Contact parents/guardians and transportation only after the schedule is confirmed by the team.

Failure to comply with the rules will result in the School being suspended for periods stipulated by our responsible team.

RESPECT THE RULES OF SÃO PAULO ZOO

Rules

(i) For every 10 students, 01 teacher/supervisor will be exempt from payment, and the number of additional teachers/supervisors must pay for the ticket. Teachers, exclusively from the public network, who come in numbers exceeding the exemption established by the number of students, will have the benefit of half-price admission. PLEASE NOTE: The number of complimentary tickets is proportional to the number of students present on the day of the visit. Extra individuals must purchase a paid ticket at the ticket office. Example: If 160 students are scheduled, you are entitled to 16 complimentary teacher/supervisor tickets. If on the day of the visit there are only 140 students present + 16 Teachers, the 02 extra teachers/supervisors must purchase tickets;
(ii) Teachers/supervisors must accompany the group throughout the visit to Zoo SP. Students cannot remain within the visitation area without the supervision of a responsible professional, and for every group of 10 students, a responsible professional is required;
(iii) The responsibility for the conduct of students and accompanying persons on the Zoo's premises is the sole responsibility of the institution. The institution will be responsible for any damage that students, educators, employees, or other persons accompanying the group from the Institution may cause at Zoo SP. In the event of damage, the educational institution must reimburse the losses caused and may also be subject to a suspension for the subsequent 36 (thirty-six) months, in case of new schedules and notification to the Department of Education;
(iv) The number of authorized entrants to Zoo SP must be the same as reported in the registration. If there is a larger number, the ticket price per person will be charged at the ticket office, according to current eligibility rules;
(v) Cancellations of visits must be notified in advance, and the school is subject to penalties if it does not follow the current cancellation policies. Details of the cancellation policy can be found in the public school visit rules available on this page;

Eligibility - Exemption Policy

(i) Students and their respective teachers, from kindergarten, elementary, and high school in the São Paulo State public education network, are entitled to free admission, provided they have previously scheduled their visit according to the rules;
(ii) The Public Education System is a system characterized by having public educational institutions, understood as those created or incorporated, maintained, and administered by the Public Authorities, as established in the Law of Guidelines and Bases of Education (LDB), of 1996.";
(iii) The exemption policy does not include: "CEIs Conveniados: are Contracted Private Early Childhood Education Centers/Daycares that are under the responsibility of the contracted institutions and operate in buildings of the entity itself, ceded to it or leased by the entity itself, and that receive financial resources from the Municipal Department of Education (SME) to cover expenses with the facilities;".

COMPLETE CHECKLIST FOR YOUR EDUCATIONAL VISIT

Group access is through the Zoo SP ticket office, located at Avenida Miguel Estefno, 4241, Água Funda.

Be enchanted by the animals and flora, maintaining respect and safety by not touching them.

The official Zoo parking lot, located in front of the main ticket office, can be used by buses. Check the price in advance on the website: www.zoologico.com.br

It is not allowed to take materials from the Zoo, such as leaves, plants, branches, stones, among others.

Capture many moments and take memories of Zoo SP, but remember not to use flash in your photos.

It is forbidden to offer food to the animals at the Zoo.

Zoo SP offers restrooms, drinking fountains, and two reserved picnic areas, ensuring more comfort during your visit.

Remember to bring all mandatory documents for your visit.
