(i) Children from 4 (four) to 13 years, 11 months and 30 days (thirteen years, eleven months and thirty days) — (with official identity document or birth certificate).
(ii) Seniors aged 60 (sixty) years or older with an official identity document;
(iii) Companion of a person with disabilities (PWDs), who can perform the duties of a personal attendant.
(v) Young people aged 15 (fifteen) to 29 (twenty-nine) years who are demonstrably low-income as provided for in Federal Law No. 12,933/2013, exclusively holders of the “Youth Identity – ID Jovem”.
(iv) Students from private and public schools who prove this condition by presenting a valid student card in the year of purchase, and the student must carry a Student Identification Card (“CIE”), in accordance with Decree No. 8,537/15 and Law No. 12,933/15. The CIE can be issued exclusively by: (i) National Association of Postgraduates (ANPG); (ii) by the National Union of Students (UNE); (iii) by the Brazilian Union of Secondary Students (Ubes); (iv) by state and municipal entities affiliated with those; (v) by the Central Student Directories (DCEs) and (vi) by Academic Centers and Directories, renewable each year, according to a single nationally standardized model, publicly available by the national entities above and by the National Institute of Information Technology (ITI), with digital certification, allowing the student identification card to have 50% (fifty percent) of local characteristics. Also, it must include (i) full name and date of birth of the student, (ii) recent photo of the student, (iii) name of the educational institution in which the student is enrolled, (iv) level of education and (v) expiration date until March 31 of the year following its issuance; *** By virtue of a decision of the Supreme Federal Court (ADI 5108), we will temporarily accept student cards issued by educational institutions, accompanied by the respective updated proof of payment and/or current document proving the student's connection with the institution.
(vi) Retirees who prove this condition.
(i) Children from 0 (zero) to 3 years, 11 months and 30 days (three years, eleven months and thirty days) with an official identity document or birth certificate.
(ii) Students and their teachers, from early childhood education, elementary and high school of the public school system of the State of São Paulo, on weekdays, at least 2 (two) days a week, when on a school trip, with exclusive registration through the channelsagendamentos.escolas@zoologico.com.br;
*The exemption rule applies only to the entrance fee of the Zoo and/or Botanical Garden, not extending to paid attractions within the Park and/or combos sold by Reserva Paulista.
(iii) People with Disabilities (PWDs) carrying one of the following documents: (i) Registered in the Continuous Benefit Program (BPC); (ii) Original medical report signed and stamped indicating the disability due to long-term or permanent impairment; (iii) free public transport card indicating the disability and/or (iv) documents proving care in rehabilitation centers or specialized units;
**According to the legislation, a person with a disability is considered to be one with a long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairment that, in interaction with one or more barriers, may obstruct their full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with other people.
(iv) Researchers at work, when carrying out Active Research in the area with approved registration and scheduling.
