An interactive conversation with our educators about the Zoo and its animals, full of curiosities and information to enrich the self-guided visit with the teachers.

Reconecta Program Rules – Educational visits for schools and universities
The educational experiences of the Reconecta Program are offered to groups of students from Basic Education (Early Childhood Education - from 4 years old, Elementary I and II, and High School) to Higher Education.The educational itineraries take place at the São Paulo Zoo (Zoo SP) on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and at the São Paulo Botanical Garden (Jardim Botânico SP) on Thursdays and Fridays, except holidays, in the morning or afternoon.The educational experiences of the Reconecta Program serve a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50 participants per time slot, except for the Animal Chat experience (at Zoo SP), which can accommodate a group of up to 150 participants at the same time.For the educational itineraries of the Animal Adventure (at Zoo SP) and Verde Perto (at Jardim Botânico SP) experiences, each educator will guide a group of up to 25 students.
For each group of 10 (ten) Basic Education students, 01 (one) teacher/supervisor or accompanying person will be granted free admission. For Higher Education groups, 01 (one) teacher/supervisor or accompanying person will be granted free admission for each group of 20 (twenty) students. The number of additional teachers/supervisors or accompanying persons must pay the specific admission fee for the scheduled visit within the scope of the Reconecta Program.Tickets for the educational itineraries of the Reconecta Program are limited to Zoo SP and Jardim Botânico SP, not including visits to the World of Dinosaurs and Safari SP.
Changes to the number of participants and/or the date of the visit may be made provided that the Zoo SP and Jardim Botânico SP service team is notified up to 5 (five) days in advance of the scheduled visit date.The educational experiences of the Reconecta Program have a tolerance of 30 (thirty) minutes of delay for their start, and under these conditions, the visit may be subject to changes. If the institution exceeds this period (of 30 minutes), the educational visit will be canceled and the group may only make the free visit (without mediation) to the park, without the right to a refund of the Reconecta ticket.
Teachers/supervisors or accompanying persons must accompany the group, according to the regulations by the number of students (1 for every 10 Basic Education students or 1 for every 20 university students), throughout the educational visit, and the Zoo SP or Jardim Botânico SP educator will not continue the visit of their group without the presence of a responsible teacher.The responsibility for the conduct of students and accompanying persons on the premises of Zoo SP and Jardim Botânico SP lies exclusively with the educational institution. The institution will be responsible for any damage that students, teachers, or other persons accompanying the group may cause at Zoo SP and Jardim Botânico SP. In the event of damage, the educational institution must reimburse the losses caused.The educational institution must be aware of all the rules and conditions of the Program and must send, in digital format, by email, the Visit Scheduling Form signed by the institution's representative, within 05 (five) days prior to the visit, as a criterion for making the appointment effective.Subsequently, on the date of the appointment/visit, the educational institution must bring the original copy of the Visit Scheduling Form.

Be enchanted by the animals and flora, maintaining respect and safety by not touching them.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
It is not allowed to take materials from the Zoo, such as leaves, plants, branches, stones, among others.
Bring your printed tickets.
It is forbidden to offer food to the animals at the Zoo.
The official Zoo parking lot, located in front of the main ticket office, can be used by buses. Check the price in advance on the website: www.zoologico.com.br.
Remember to bring all mandatory documents for your visit.
Capture many moments and take memories of Zoo SP, but remember not to use flash in your photos.
