  • To enter carrying or transporting devices, materials or equipment that may cause discomfort to other visitors, animals or the environment, such as: whistles, stringed, wind or percussion musical instruments, stereos, laser beams, balls, marbles, bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, any battery-powered, battery-operated, electronic, electric and/or remote-controlled wheeled transport (with the exception of motorized wheelchairs for PCD's or people with reduced mobility) etc;
  • Entering with any animal, except for guide dogs on duty;
  • Barbecuing or lighting fires in the woods;
  • Distributing propaganda leaflets or leaflets of a political or religious nature;
  • Holding services, rallies or any other form of religious, political or commercial expression;
  • Playing running games, playing tag or hide and seek; throwing food or any object at animals, enclosures or gardens;
  • Fighting or saying aggressive or foul language to other visitors or staff.

It is the visitor's duty to:

  • Dispose of waste properly in the selective collection garbage cans distributed throughout the Park;
  • Use the water fountains and toilets in a rational and courteous manner.

When the Security Department observes visitors behaving in a manner that is not compatible with the rules set out here, it must warn them and, if they do not comply, record what has happened and, if necessary, request the presence of the administrative officer on duty and/or the police officers on duty.

The park does not offer wheelchairs for use.

Electric trolleys

Electric trolleys

We offer an outsourced electric trolley service, with an accessible option for wheelchair users. Much sought after by the elderly and people with reduced mobility, the service does not cover the entire park.

The buses that operate between the Jabaquara/EMTU Metro Terminal - Orca Bridge and the park are equipped with a platform lift for wheelchair users.
