The Security Sector, when observing a visitor with conduct not compatible with the rules established here, must warn them and, if not heeded, must record the incident and, if necessary, request the presence of the administrative duty officer and/or the on-duty police officers.
The São Paulo Zoo is located in an area of Atlantic Forest rich in vegetation, with some places that present natural obstacles. However, we strive to be accessible to everyone. Our facilities are adapted to accommodate people with disabilities, and we have ongoing improvement plans. Before your visit, check the available accessibility conditions:
All restrooms in the park, both male and female, are accessible and strategically located along the pathways.
Accessible water fountains are distributed throughout the park.
The park does not provide wheelchairs for use.
We offer a third-party electric cart service, with an accessible option for wheelchair users. Popular with the elderly and people with reduced mobility, the service does not cover the entire park.
The buses operating between the Jabaquara/EMTU Metro Terminal – Orca Bridge and the park are equipped with a wheelchair lift.
